Meet the Owners

Jade Dai

CEO
Jade Dai is Co-founder of Stork Property Management and oversees all operations, including leasing, maintenance, and communications with tenants as well as accounting and reporting for property owners. Jade loves property management and has a real sense of accomplishment helping others achieve financial freedom through real estate investments. By handling the properties with a high sense of responsibility, care and integrity, she is an excellent steward for the owners who entrust her with their real estate needs.

Jade has been recognized for her leadership and passion for Real Estate, being named to Baltimore Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Awards. Jade volunteers her time helping female entrepreneurs through the SoGal Foundation, the largest global platform for the education and empowerment of diverse entrepreneurs. She is also the founder of Global Leaders Foundation and has been helping students in need from the United States, China, and Kenya for 15 years. Through her eﬀorts, more than 5,000 underprivileged students have gained access to technology and essential education services. Prior, Jade earned a Master of Law at University of Baltimore and Master of Business Administration from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.

Andrew Hinton

Business Development Manager

Andrew Hinton is co-founder of Stork Property Management and focuses his efforts on strategic planning, business development and growth. Andrew cares deeply to create a seamless transition to Stork Property Management and is hands on helping new customers get through the onboarding process. Andrew also advises on capital projects having overseen large-scale renovations of single family and multifamily properties on behalf of clients.

Andrew cares deeply about the community, often getting personally involved in the affairs related to major issues or tenant disputes. Andrew also serves on the Board of Directors for Baltimore’s City Center Residents Association and Board Committee for Baltimore’s Center Club Young Members Group. Andrew volunteers for Johns Hopkins University’s Real Estate Master’s Degree Program and GL Capital’s own foundation, Global Leaders Foundation. Prior, Andrew earned a Master of Arts in Design from Maryland Institute College of Art and a Masters of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School.
